Kevin Glynn put fixtures on our bathroom shower and tub, where he did not put silicone around the fixtures and would not do so when I asked. He extended the copper pipe in our bathtub and put on the spout. When I checked it later, the water squirted out behind the spout onto the tile. He would not fix his bad plumbing or give me any money back to hire another plumber who knows how to to do plumbing! I do not recommend this plumber to anyone! He doesn't know how to do plumbing well! Glynn came back to see the problems. But he did not fix the problems or give me any money back! He just blamed the tub spout for water sprinkling back to the tile wall. I said the problem is with his plumbing inside the spout. He also did not put the silicone around the fixtures where they connect with the wall! I do not recommend this plumber! And will never use him again!

Kevin repaired our PRV, and did an excellent job.  He's honest, reliable and fair.  He was easy to communicate with and took the time to answer all of our questions before we even hired him.  We have been ripped off by the major plumbing companies in the past, and we will NEVER use them again.  Small,  independent, and highly-rated skilled tradespeople are the way to go. Kevin was professional, friendly, and showed up on time.  I had a leaky pipe where it comes up through the concrete slab.  Kevin explained to me that it was a common problem with galvanized pipe.
